Using binning evaluation, 6339 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) have been obtained, which have been clustered to 2673 species-level genome bins (SGBs), amongst which 86% (2309) SGBs are unknown based mostly on present databases. Using the current gene catalog and MAGs, we recognized a number of strain-level variations between the gut microbiome of untamed boars and business Duroc pigs. PIGC and MAGs present expanded sources for swine gut microbiome-related analysis.
